N.E.S.T. Safe Baby Kits
Our baby kits help prepare moms for baby. They provide everything a new mom needs to bring baby home safely. Various kits are available based on needs. (Safe Sleep, Car Safety, Bathing, Feeding, Grooming and Home Safety and more…)
This service is offered at no cost to pregnant women and mothers with newborns and requires a referral and verification of enrollment in WIC or a qualifying health assistance program. Or participation in the N.E.S.T. Mentor and/or Case Management.
N.E.S.T. Mentor
Mentors support moms through pregnancy, labor & delivery, and postpartum, by providing friendship and and advice based on their own journey being a mom. Mentors also help with things like transportation, attending and helping manage appointments. They can even be by your side during labor and delivery. Postpartum supports can include short term (1-2 hours) childcare in your home, while you are home, giving you time to shower or rest.
This program is open to pregnant women and mothers with infants under one year of age and is provided free of charge to participants. No referral needed.
N.E.S.T. Case Management
Case managers support moms through pregnancy and baby’s first year.
